Volunteers Needed

Volunteering

  • Shift volunteers to set up the event. Friday night 5-10pm and Saturday morning 9-12pm.
  • Committee securing auction and drawing items.
  • Volunteers picking up food and delivering to hall on the day of the event.
  • Shift volunteers to sell drawing item tickets at the event.
  • Shift volunteers (2-3 people) to help restock food and keep food area and other areas clean.
  • Volunteers to help clean up that evening and Sunday morning :)

This is a huge job with a larger facility, any help is greatly appreciated.
